I am comfortable in most chairs . . . just not the dentist chair. Don't get me wrong, our dentist is exceptionally proficient. She is also a long-time family friend. I just get a little nervous when I have to sit in that chair.

I'm reading Radical: Taking Back Your Faith From The American Dream by David Platt.  It is outstanding! Platt exhorts his readers to remember and live the simple truth: Jesus is what we need.

Times have changed!  If the year were 1950 and your hair was turning gray, you just lived with it -- so did everyone else. Only 7% of the population colored their hair. According to a survey commissioned by Wella Professionals, today 92% of American women age 18-49 color their hair.
